International company thermal solutions is currently looking for a Sales Manager (Refrigeration/HVAC) to lead on commercial activity in Iberia identifying areas for growth, ensuring it is balanced and profitable
The role is based in Spain (remote)
The key responsibilities of the role are:
* Market observation and sales potential identification
* Generate leads and interests
* Customer acquisition and care; maintain existing customer base; identify and win new customers
* Technical and commercial negotiations
* Preparation of calculations and quotes including follow-up and contract closures
* Customer satisfaction feedback
* Observe market and competition
* Face-to-Customer around 50-60% of the working time (visits, meetings, phone calls)
* Report to Responsible Refrigeration/HVAC
