You'll play a key role in driving asset performance, enhancing occupier experience, and delivering value-add asset management strategies.The Opportunity:As Asset Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing business plans across a portfolio of assets while working closely with occupiers, property managers, agents, surveyors, and other stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Managing lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews and occupier negotiationsDriving asset performance and maximising income generationSupporting refurbishment, repositioning and value-add initiativesManaging service charge budgets and compliance mattersBuilding strong relationships with agents, solicitors, property managers and surveyorsMonitoring tenancy data and asset performance metricsConducting regular property inspections across the portfolioAbout You:Degree qualified in Real Estate or a xqysrnh related discipline1-3 years' experience within Asset Management, Property Management or Commercial Real EstateStrong analytical, financial and reporting skillsFluent in both Spanish and EnglishCommercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skillsFull driving licenceMRICS qualification or Industrial & Logistics exposure would be advantageousApply now or contact us directly for a confidential discussion.
