Logistics Analyst (Temporal)

General purpose of the position:The Logistics Development Specialist (LDS) is responsible for identifying efficiency opportunities across our logistics network by monitoring 3PL KPIs (service, cost, continuous development and sustainability).
As the process engineer for logistics, the LDS builds trusted relationships with 3PLs and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Support building logistics capabilities for sustainable competitive advantage.
Partner with the LOMgr to monitor and analyse network performance in terms of cost and service, identifying improvement opportunities.
Propose efficiency solutions that drive cost savings.
Collaborate with central teams (Ultralogistics, Hub, capabilities team) to benchmark solutions and challenge operational status quo.
Improve operational efficiency and service for customers.
Continuously monitor KPIs.
Lead logistics development across the mso, including warehouses, hauliers, concessionaire customers, and local exceptional flows.
Manage relationships between 3PL hauliers and warehouses to ensure optimal collaboration on new projects and initiatives.
Lead the capability development agenda with LOM to sharpen the team's edge.
Document and review contract clauses to ensure compliance with company requirements.

Key Experience and Qualifications Required
Knowledge of both administrative and physical logistics flows.
Bachelor's degree, preferably Engineering or a logistics field.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Preferably experience in the FMCG industry or logistics providers.
Languages: Spanish, English (fluent).
