The role:
* Collaborate with a team of quantum and AI specialists.
* Solve high-value problems for Fortune-500 clients in government and private sectors.
* Contribute to the industrialization of core AI and quantum technologies.
* Design, develop, and deploy maintainable, high-quality software systems.
* Take technical leadership and work alongside software, DevOps, ML, and quantum experts.
Required qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
* Strong Python skills;
knowledge of Rustor C/C++ is a plus.
* Junior: 1–2 years of experience | Mid-level: 3+ years.
* Experience with cloud deployment (AWS preferred).
* Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
* Strong coding practices: testing, documentation, clean design.
* Experience with APIs and efficient application workflow design.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience with LLMs, HuggingFace Transformers, OpenAI APIs, vector databases, and model-serving platforms.
* Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Spark, GPU clusters).
* Algorithm development and scalable system design.
* Experience working in cross-functional teams.
