What you will do in this role Have full managerial responsibility of a portfolio of German SME clients with clear focus on portfolio growth and long-term account retention strategyIdentify client needs with products and services and sell appropriate value components to create greater customer engagementProactively manage an effective pipeline, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to achieve and exceed profitable growth targetsConsistently seek out new sources for expansion opportunities e.g. self-generated, client referrals, subsidiaries or sister companiesEnsuring premium value is delivered aligned with client's goals, delivering a positive customer experience and achieves customer advocacyQualifications Are proficient or bilingual in German plus advanced EnglishHave a background working for/in the German MarketAre self-driven and results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets and goalsHave a challenger mindset with the ability to think creatively to identify new business opportunitiesAre a natural forward planner who is highly organized and has the ability to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales processCan work independently whilst also collaborating with team members to maximize individual and company performanceHave exceptional communication skills, ability to speak confidently with senior executives, capacity to influence decision-makersCan quickly gain an in-depth understanding of each client's needs to drive results and identify new business opportunitiesHave strong negotiation skills and consultative sales skillsBenefits Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Mon to Fri 9 to 18 hsSalary 20.480 euros gross/year + up to 3.000 euros gross/year in bonusCentral location in MalagaBring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunitiesFull paid training on the company and the project you'll be working onCareer development programs, specialized courses, and language classes
