The Role:
Graphic Designer (Junior – Mid – Senior)
You will design for 10+ brands across our global ecosystem.
You will work fast, work independently, and deliver with taste and precision.
We are looking for several designers, across levels, who can carry load—not wait for instructions.
Responsibilities:
* Use our extensive design asset libraries to accelerate output.
* Maintain brand consistency while contributing creative interpretation.
* Work under the guidance of our Senior Art Director (Europe & Asia).
* Collaborate across global teams (Seoul, Madrid, Berlin, Milan).
Who You Are:
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
* Organized. Responsive. Composed under pressure.
* Preferred: Based in Madrid or able to work in CET time zone.

* Monthly rate negotiated by level and performance.
* If our revenue or profit doubles or triples, so does your pay.
