Build and manage CXO-level relationships (CIO, CTO, CDO, Head of Digital, etc.) Close large, multi-year digital transformation deals across areas such as cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and core modernization. Own end-to-end sales cycles - from pipeline creation to deal closure and expansion. Client & Industry Leadership Act as a trusted advisor, positioning technology-led transformation aligned with client priorities. Leverage existing BFSI network to open doors and create momentum quickly. Position the organization as a long-term innovation partner rather than a vendor. Solution & Deal Shaping Apply strong understanding of BFSI technology trends, Collaborate with solution, delivery and leadership teams to structure compelling, differentiated proposals. Sales Excellence & Governance Apply disciplined sales governance, forecasting and pipeline management. Ensure accuracy of revenue projections and deal status. Support leadership with insights on market trends, competitive positioning and client priorities. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership Stay ahead of BFSI industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics. Provide actionable insights to leadership on build vs. buy vs. partner decisions. Represent the company at industry forums, strengthening brand positioning in BFSI.
