Job Description
We are looking for a person who can help us improve our services and the satisfaction of our clients. You can be part of the team. What would your day-to-day be like
* Prepare TARIC customs clearances (import, export, and transit)
* Request and review necessary documentation (customs and related)
* Prepare, coordinate, and attend inspections (customs)
* Handle and manage customs-related incidents in collaboration with other departments (air and sea)
* Manage and control invoicing of customs items and services
* Advise clients (importers and exporters) on customs matters
What do we offer

What do we expect from you
* Knowledge of Foreign Trade and Incoterms
* 3 years of experience in customs
* A good level of English (medium level B1 is essential)
* Experience with TARIC and Cargowise CW1 is a plus
* Ability to work in a team
* Attention to detail, proactivity, and autonomy
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize
* Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Sense of responsibility and integrity
* A Customs Representative qualification is a plus
* Availability to work from 09:00 to 17:30
