WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? Solid educational background in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or related engineering fields Proven experience in data protection, information security, or cybersecurity roles, ideally in corporate environments Hands-on experience designing and implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies and controls Knowledge and practical use of DLP tools such as Microsoft Purview, Symantec DLP, or similar market solutions Experience working with security policies, rules, and procedures, and translating them into technical configurations Strong analytical skills and ability to investigate and support the resolution of security incidents related to data leakage or unauthorized access Experience creating dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of security and DLP solutions Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams in agile environments Fluency in Spanish and good level of English WHAT WILL YOU DO? Design, implement, and optimize data protection strategies focused on preventing information leaks and unauthorized access Define, deploy, and maintain DLP policies, rules, and controls across the organization Configure, tune, and continuously improve tools such as Microsoft Purview, Symantec DLP, or equivalent solutions Analyze risks and classify corporate data to apply appropriate access, encryption, and protection controls in complex environments Participate in the investigation and resolution of security incidents related to data loss or misuse Build and maintain dashboards and monitoring reports to track the performance and coverage of DLP and data protection solutions Work closely with multidisciplinary technical and business teams to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements WHY US?
