What are we looking for? 🔎
The SAP MM Consultant in InsudPharma will be responsible for managing and optimizing incidents and developments related to the SAP Materials Management (MM) module within a manufacturing environment. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that the SAP MM system supports business needs and enhances overall operational efficiency.
The challenge!
System Management and Optimization:
* Manage and optimize the SAP MM module to meet the evolving needs of manufacturing operations.
* Perform system configurations and customizations to align with business processes.
Project Management:
* Lead implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects for SAP MM.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP PP, SD).
Business Analysis:
* Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify system requirements and improvements.
* Develop and document functional specifications for system enhancements.
User Support and Training:
* Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for SAP MM users.
* Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to facilitate effective system usage.
Compliance and Reporting:
* Ensure SAP MM processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.
* Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into inventory management, purchasing, and overall system performance.
What do you need?
Experience:
* Over 8 years of experience working with SAP MM in a manufacturing environment.
* Extensive experience in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP MM.
* Experience in implementation, configuration, and support of SAP EWM.
* Desirable experience in implementation, configuration, and support of SAP PM.
* Desirable experience in implementation, configuration, and support of VIM.
Education:
* University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications:
* SAP MM certification is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in SAP MM and SAP WM configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how they align with SAP MM functionalities.
* Knowledge of ticketing tools such as JIRA, Atlassian, PowerBI.
* PMP training and S/4HANA certification are desirable.
