In this role, you will support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of application systems, ensuring reliable performance and an excellent user experience across the organization.Key Responsabilities: Providedaily troubleshooting and technical supportfor application systems. Monitor application systems to ensurestable and reliable operation. Manage and coordinatebusiness requirements for application system improvements and implementations. Support thedelivery and configuration of application system requirements. Participate inUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)for digital and IT projects. Collaborate with internal EDS teams and external IT service providers to ensuretimely service delivery and issue resolution. Contribute to improvingsystem performance, service quality, and user experienceQualifications Technical & Functional Skills Experience inbusiness process analysis and application system requirements management. Strongproblem-solving and troubleshooting skillsin application systems. Experience withapplication system configuration, C#Java, monitoring, and maintenance. Understanding ofIT system requirements analysis and design methods. Familiarity withapplication system implementation, configuration, and development processes. Experience supportingUAT testing for digital or IT projectsis a plus.
