Who we are
Our team is growing We are Happy Working Lab, a company focused on coworking and coliving consulting, with our coworking space in Caldes (open for just one month) and future pop-up coliving projects.
We are a small but close-knit team, full of energy and eager to make things happen and we are looking for a student intern to join our team at our Caldes D'Estrac location.
The main goal is to provide an optimal workspace, enhance wellbeing in the space, and foster connections between professionals.
Main responsibilities:
Support commercial visits to the coworking space.
Welcome and assist clients during check-in and check-out.
Manage and resolve client requests and issues.
Support day-to-day operations of the center.
Implement space management and safety policies.
Assist in the organization and execution of events.
Update databases.
Monitor the overall state of the center.
Provide customer support via phone, email, and in person.
Administrative support.
What we're looking for
Friendly, proactive, and well-organized
Comfortable interacting with people and providing customer support
Interested in coworking, startups, remote work, or community building
Able to handle basic administrative tasks with attention to detail
Adaptable and willing to support events when needed
Fluent in English and Spanish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
Availability to do an internship with a formal agreement (currently enrolled in studies).
Hours &Commitment;
20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Occasionally, extra hours may be required for events; working hours can be reviewed and adjusted accordingly
Looking for someone leaving in Manresa, since you need to come here to Caldes and if you are leaving in Bcn with the train is not the best
Compensation
€300 gross per month
