We are looking for a
German-speaking Business Development Representative
to join an international sales team supporting businesses across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) targets
* Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and identify growth opportunities
* Conduct outbound calls and emails, including cold outreach
* Engage with decision-makers and assess business needs
* Match customer challenges with suitable digital solutions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
* Contribute to individual and team KPIs such as productivity and conversion rates
Requirements
1. Native-level German and fluent English
2. Experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or business development
3. Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
4. Comfortable working with targets in a phone-based sales environment
5. Good general IT skills and confidence using CRM tools
6. Ability to identify decision-makers and understand business needs
7. Goal-oriented, proactive, and resilient mindset
