The project!
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our customers, enthusiastically conveying a passion for the brand, and helping them find what they are looking for with a friendly and helpful attitude. You will also aim to achieve the shop's objectives and keep the shop properly organized and updated with the necessary products.
What will the role entail?
1. Customer experience: Attract and retain customers, paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service, reflecting the brand's values.
2. Sales: Achieve the shop's commercial objectives and KPIs by transmitting the brand's differential value to customers.
3. Shop operations: Work as a team, carry out inventories, manage stock, handle cash registers, prepare daily reports, among others, to ensure the proper functioning of the point of sale.
4. Shop image: Keep the shop properly ordered, follow visual standards, and ensure it is updated with the necessary products to offer quality service.

Requisitos:
* Minimum of 1 year of retail/outlet experience.
* Advanced proficiency in English.
* Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships, with a proactive approach and ability to bring structure.
* Good knowledge of the fashion retail market and customer behavior.
* Extensive experience in delivering high-level customer service.
* Ability to foster team commitment and create a positive atmosphere on the sales floor.
