Construction Project Manager, responsible for coordinating the delivery of real estate projects, including new builds and refurbishments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
1. Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives
2. Engaging positively with customers and developing, growing, and maintaining customer relationships
3. Delivering high-quality services and deliverables to meet customer requirements
4. Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer’s agent, or project manager
5. Serving as the primary point of contact between the owner and project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives, and facilitating effective collaboration among stakeholders
6. Producing and presenting reports to customers
7. Preparing bids for services
8. Managing service delivery for profit
9. Coaching and encouraging employees to develop their potential
10. Identifying new business opportunities and driving growth within the business unit
11. Advising directors promptly of issues that may impact projects or professional indemnity insurance

About The Candidate
Who we’re looking for :
Experience, Knowledge, and Key Skills
* Experience managing major construction projects in Spain (buildings / commercial real estate)
* 4-7 years of professional experience
* Excellent knowledge of national technical requirements in construction
* Understanding of legislation affecting building contracts
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
* Methodical approach to work
* Problem-solving, negotiation, financial, and numeracy skills
* Proficiency in ICT, especially MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Ability to work and manage teams effectively
B2 or higher level of communication skills (verbal and written)
* Knowledge of Catalan is a plus
Qualifications
* Degree in Building Engineering, Architecture, or similar
