We have over 700 team members and are currently embarking on an exciting project for social and sustainable growth. Therefore, we are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for our Promotional Marketing and Solidarity Trade Services Division to perform the following functions:
* Preparing proposals for clients, accurately interpreting briefs and specifications.
* Collaborating with the sales department to prepare offers for current and potential clients.
* Maintaining client loyalty.
* Handling purchasing tasks and order management (initiation and follow-up).
* Negotiating with suppliers.
* Researching products/trends within the sector.
* Managing incidents and control processes.
* Managing import logistics and completing administrative procedures with supply chain agents.
* Entering data into the ERP system.
We offer
* An annual contract with disability extension up to 3 years + indefinite
* Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00-9:00/17:00-18:00, with special hours on Fridays, Holy Week, Christmas, and summer (8:00-15:00).
* Possibility of telecommuting 6 days a month after 6 months in the company.
* Salary: €26,000 gross paid in 14 installments.
Minimum requirements
* Recognized disability certificate of at least 33%.
* Minimum academic qualification of middle-grade education.
* At least 2-3 years of experience in the promotional gift sector.
* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Valuable knowledge of SALESFORCE and SAGE.
