GCS Technical Content Manager (m / f / d)
Global Customer Support (GCS) is the global organization responsible for Technical Services in the Diagnostics Division, ensuring end user success. GCS supports the service organizations of Roche affiliates and the Lifecycle Teams.

As a Content Manager, you will be part of the Knowledge & Learning Excellence Team.
Your key responsibilities :
* Own all technical content throughout the product lifecycle. Be accountable for end-to-end content creation, assist in defining content elements, and plan for specific projects. Coordinate with external vendors, manage vendor relationships, and monitor projects closely.
* Define and plan content scope and delivery, and determine channels for the assigned products according to the content strategy.
* Manage stakeholders by working closely with the GCS Project Leader and project management (PPE) to plan content delivery. Build relationships within GCS.
* Ensure that inputs to risk assessments are completed, either by the content creator or by the content manager, and coordinate with development teams for content delivery planning.
* Facilitate the content creator's work through multiple iterations during Agile development, coordinating and completing publication activities.
Other responsibilities :
* Discuss and advise on standardization and best practices for content delivery and management.
* Ensure project timelines are met, coordinating with PPE and project teams.
* Within the content management system, define reviewers and approvers, ensuring accessibility and necessary training.
* Contribute to relevant GCS documents, such as milestone documents, in coordination with PPE.
* Support terminology and translation as an expert up to 30% of work capacity to assist SubChapter Language Operations.
* Collaborate closely with the Content Strategist to implement and improve the KLE content strategy, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Who you are :
* You possess strong organizational, planning, prioritization skills, and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* You have experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
* You have good knowledge of translation, localization, and project management tools.
* You are familiar with hardware and software development processes, as well as content creation, management systems, and workflows.
