We are committed to Renewable energies, for a better tomorrow with an unrivalled competitive edge in clean energy solutions and innovative convergence of technologies.Currently we are seeking a PPA Originator with proven experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for solar photovoltaic (PV), hybrid, and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects, focusing on the markets of Spain & Italy (Ireland would be a plus). The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the regulatory and commercial frameworks in these countries, as well as demonstrated skills in identifying and developing business opportunities with corporate offtakers and utilities.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, analyze, and develop PPA opportunities for PV, hybrid, and BESS projects in Spain, Italy, and Ireland.Structure and negotiate complex PPAs tailored to the needs of each project and the requirements of offtakers (corporate and utilities).Conduct market analysis, including electricity price trends, regulatory risks, and demand evolution in the target markets.Collaborate with internal development, legal, and finance teams to ensure the viability and bankability of agreements.Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners, ensuring the successful closing of PPA transactions.Participate in defining hybridization strategies for PV projects with BESS, optimizing asset value and supply flexibility.Monitor regulatory and market developments in the target countries, anticipating opportunities and risks for the company.RequirementsUniversity degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in origination, structuring, and negotiation of PPAs for renewable energy projects, preferably in PV, hybridization, and BESS.In-depth knowledge of the electricity markets and regulatory frameworks in Spain & Italy (Ireland would be a plus).Demonstrable experience negotiating with corporate offtakers and utilities.Analytical skills to assess market, financial, and regulatory risks associated with PPAs.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Spanish and English; Italian is a plus.Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work in multicultural environments and multidisciplinary teams.
