POSITION OVERVIEW
As a member of the Internal Prevention Service, you will advise and provide technical support to the Company's Management, workers, and their representatives, as well as to specialized representation bodies, across all our centers covered by the Prevention Service. This is in accordance with the Law on Occupational Risk Prevention, the Prevention Services Regulation, and related regulations, as well as ensuring compliance with the Company's Prevention Policy, with the aim to:
* Prioritize actions impacting the Safety and Health of REVLON employees above all circumstances.
* Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements regarding Occupational Risk Prevention.
* Integrate preventive management at all levels and activities of the company through the Occupational Risk Management System.
* Promote a preventive culture using various designed tools.
* Ensure all personnel are aware of the risks associated with their roles and the corrective and preventive measures to eliminate or minimize them before starting work.
* Analyze all incidents/accidents and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
* Verify the effectiveness of preventive activities across all our centers using various management tools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The functions and responsibilities of the Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Technician at REVLON centers include:
* Being part of the Internal Prevention Service, a dedicated organizational unit focused solely on Occupational Risk Prevention.
* Advising on occupational risk prevention to Functional Directors/Business Unit Managers, line managers, workers, and their representatives, contributing to ensuring physical and psychological safety for those performing their duties, especially when exposed to risks.
* The main responsibilities of the Prevention Technician include:
* Contributing to, evaluating, and supervising compliance with legal/regulatory standards on occupational risk prevention applicable to the company.
* Advising center and department managers to provide workers with the necessary means for their activities, ensuring safety and hygiene measures that prevent serious danger to their lives, health, or physical integrity.
* Identifying and assessing general and specific risks in all roles, facilities, and equipment, including proposed modifications or innovations.
* Performing specific evaluations for the three specialties covered by the Prevention Service, including measurements, studies, and analyses to determine risk levels.
* Proposing control and reduction measures for identified and evaluated risks.
* Participating in Safety and Health Committee meetings, advising both parties.
* Planning and monitoring Preventive Action Plans to control/reduce risks.
* Providing technical support for implementing procedures, activities, tools, and measures outlined in the Company's Prevention Manual.
* Developing and maintaining preventive documentation according to occupational risk regulations and company procedures.
* Archiving and safeguarding all documentation related to the Occupational Risk Prevention System.
* Establishing and executing the Annual Training/Information Plan on Occupational Risk Prevention, ensuring all employees are reached.
* Ensuring all REVLON personnel and external workers know emergency procedures, including conducting annual drills.
* Scheduling and conducting internal and external audits of the Risk Prevention Management System.
* Reviewing and validating coordination documentation from external companies working at our centers.
* Ensuring all health surveillance activities are performed, coordinating with external Prevention services.
* Participating in accident/incident investigations and ensuring corrective/preventive measures are applied.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Education
* University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
* Advanced Course in Occupational Risk Prevention, with specialties in Safety, Hygiene, and Ergonomics/Psychosociology.
* Proficiency in English.
* Knowledge of SAP and CAE platform (Ctaima).
* First Aid and Fire Extinction training (Second Intervention Team).
Experience
* Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a prevention technician in industrial environments and machinery compliance.
COMPETENCIES
* Highly organized and methodical in work activities.

* Training and awareness skills to deliver specific training on work-related risks.
* Outgoing, dynamic, with strong relationship skills with workers, management, and suppliers.
