\\What's Your Mission?\\As Store Manager, you are the entrepreneur of your venue, the driving force behind its commercial success and market visibility. You will lead your team to deliver an outstanding visitor experience while focusing on one critical question: how do we get more people through the door?
With a strong background in the immersive, entertainment, or family attraction industries, you bring both operational discipline and a commercial mindset. You'll build local partnerships, grow group and private bookings, and lead a motivated team that thrives on results and guest satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
Support Commercial Growth & Market Expansion
* Collaborate with the Local Strategy Team to identify and activate local opportunities to increase visitor traffic and visibility.
* Drive the development of partnerships with schools, tourism bodies, and local businesses, group visits, private hires, and collaborations with cultural and entertainment partners.
* Work closely with HQ Marketing and B2B teams to localize campaigns and optimize performance.
Leadership & Team Development
* Lead, coach, and inspire a large, diverse team to deliver top-tier guest experiences.
* Create a strong performance culture centered on accountability and recognition.
* Partner with the Assistant Store Manager to align staffing, training, and development.
Business Ownership
* Own the venue's P\&L and drive profitability.
* Monitor performance metrics (revenue, spend per visitor, conversion rates) and respond with action plans.
* Report key insights, risks, and opportunities to HQ teams regularly.
Customer Experience
* Ensure excellence in service delivery and visitor satisfaction.
* Translate feedback into concrete operational or experiential improvements.
* Foster a culture where every visitor interaction drives loyalty and advocacy.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
* 4+ years in management roles within immersive experiences, attractions, family entertainment, or related industries.
* Proven commercial and sales experience with strong results orientation.
* Skilled in partnership development, business analysis, and local marketing.
* Hands-on leadership style: confident, collaborative, and proactive.
* Fluent in English and local language Spanish - Catalan (C1 minimum).
* Strong command of P\&L management and performance metrics.
