OverviewA global animal health and nutrition business is expanding its commercial presence across Western Europe with upcoming product launches across medicated feed additives, nutritional solutions, and veterinary products.
As part of this growth, the business is looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to lead poultry-focused commercial activities across Spain and Portugal.
The RoleThis is a customer-facing, commercially driven position, acting as the key point of contact for customers across Iberia. The role combines technical support with strategic account management, focused on driving sustainable growth across key accounts, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive demand generation and commercial growth across the assigned territorySupport delivery of sales targets and margin objectivesProvide technical guidance to customers, influencers, and end usersWork closely with distributors to support sales, training, and product positioningBuild and manage relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholdersMonitor market trends and competitor activity, feeding insights into the wider businessAttend industry events and engage with Key Opinion LeadersManage forecasting and customer planning to support supply and service levelsMaintain accurate CRM records and reportingCollaborate with European and integral teams
ProfileBackground in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or Animal NutritionSignificant experience in animal health/nutrition with a strong poultry focusEstablished network within the Iberian poultry market (Spain xiphteb & Portugal)Strong commercial acumen with a technical understanding of poultry productionAbility to operate autonomously while collaborating across international teamsFluent Spanish and working level EnglishBased in Iberia
