Key Attributes Required :
Proven experience in sales leadership within product sales within IT reseller environments.
Track record of building outbound sales functions and delivering rapid growth.
Experience with business integration or change leadership post-acquisition.
Fluent in English and Spanish; strategic, analytical, and results-oriented.
Resilient and empathetic leader with the ability to scale teams and business units effectively.
