As part of its business development, it is recruiting an Account Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the entire sales process.
Your responsibilities as an Account Executive DACH Market :
* Lead generation and prospecting
* Sales pipeline management
* Targeted approach
* Analysis of customer needs and alignment of solutions
* Sales presentations and demonstrations
* Handling objections
* Closing sales
* Market monitoring and feedback
* CRM and reporting
Ideal candidate profile for the Account Executive DACH Market position :
* Fluency in German
* Open to SDR/BDR's that wants to jump on an AE role and current AE's.
Recruitment process stages (full visio):
* Phone screening (15 to 30 minutes)
* Meeting with Sales Team Lead (45 minutes)
* Last meeting with SVP Sales for a business case/role play (60 minutes)
