At CARRASCO TOOL COMPONENTS we are specialists in the design and manufacturing of spare components and engineering services for moulds and dies, with a strong focus on aluminium high‑pressure die casting (HPDC) for the automotive sector. We work with top‑tier OEMs and Tier1/Tier2 suppliers across Europe, EMENA and North America.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a unique combination of strategic vision + technical knowledge + experience in international markets.
Responsibilities
* Drive our international expansion with OEMs and Tier1/Tier2 accounts.
* Lead salespeople and commercial agents across key markets.
* Identify new business opportunities and define growth plans.
* Represent the company at major trade fairs and high‑level technical visits.
* Coordinate with engineering and production to deliver technical solutions to clients.
Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Materials).
* 8+ years of experience in technical sales / industrial business development.
* Experience in HPDC, mould components or the automotive sector.
* Advanced English + French or German.
* Autonomous, strategic and results‑driven profile.
