The Digital projects & partnerships Manager will manage digital projects and also identify, develop, test digital innovative initiatives, both internally and with external partners to drive incremental growth.

Key Responsibilities
The Digital projects & partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in the development of digital partnerships & projects by identifying and activating innovative digital opportunities that enhance traffic/leads and drive incremental growth. She/he will be a strategic partner and advisor to the Group Digital & Growth Director and will work closely with the rest of the Group Digital Marketing Team and across the 17 markets.
Priorities will include:
* Supporting the Group Digital & Growth Director and the digital team on the definition and implementation of the Digital Strategy and new key value innovative initiatives, projects & partnerships.
* Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to proactively recommend innovative initiatives.
* Using strong analytical skills to identify performance trends, opportunities, and also monitoring results & performance data.
* Identifying growth opportunities by testing new digital marketing levers, platforms and new audiences.
* Activating innovative digital opportunities & partnerships that enhance traffic/leads and drive incremental growth
Projects will include:
* Leveraging data for better consumer & markets understanding
* Identifying new digital levers, players or platforms for business growth
* Participating with planning in digital projects, initiatives and partnerships
* Co-creating the digital roadmap for group digital marketing.
* Closely working with the Group Digital & Growth Director on ad hoc assessments / presentations and deep dive analysis.

Qualifications, Experiences, and Competencies
We are looking for a high potential / top performer individual, proactive, solution-oriented advisor focused on driving value to the business .
* Top tier education background with a minimum of aBachelor’sdegree (ideally engineering or business administration)
* Circa 2-5 years cumulative post-University experience (pre-/post-MBA, depending on the overall experience)
* High Potential / Top Performer from a top tier strategic consulting firm
* Ideally the candidate will also have experience in similar group strategic/corporate advisory roles in fast paced environment
* Strong track record on project management and presentation skills
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
* Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliability and transparency
* Significant experience in multi-national and multi-cultural environment
* Collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills for working with global teams
* Fluency in English, excellent Spanish. A third European language would be a plus.
