Develop and implement the activities regarding the guidelines in the field of Health and Safety for TOLSA in Spain.Assure legal inspections regarding HS: Risk assessment, emergency plan, HS training and information, drills, etc. Lead and actively assist in both internal and external audits and local legal requirements. Execute the local health and safety plan, health, and safety implementation projects. Act like a key leader for health and safety and promote engagement among employees. Assure comprehensive activities related to information, awareness campaigns, training, sanctions, and recognition policies, etc., Propose and implement measures for continuous improvement of indicators and general situation of H&S; across Tolsa Spain Perform specific risks assessments: ergonomics, HAZOP, industrial safety, chemical risks assessments among others to control risks in the plant in all areas. Monitor all external contractors’ activities and risks assessments. Collect and analyse KPIs related to local H&S;: exposition of workers, risks assessment and mitigation, etc. Propose and implement measures for continuous improvement of indicators of the local situation of H&S.; Prepare periodically and comprehensive reports on the HS performance.DIGITAL TOOLS SAP dealing is a value Computer Science at office user levelGeneral Education / Technical Skills: Master in H&S; ("Master PRL" en español) is a must.
