About the Role
Our client, a leading company in the Renewable Energy sector, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects across Spain. This hybrid remote role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that contribute to a sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations, to achieve project goals.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
* Manage project risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
* Monitor compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
* Prepare and present project progress reports and updates to senior management.
* Support business development teams by providing technical input during the project proposal phase.
Requirements
1. A degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields).
2. At least 5 years of proven experience managing projects within the Renewable Energy sector solar, wind, hydroelectric, or energy storage).
3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools PMP certification is a plus).
4. Familiarity with Spanish regulatory frameworks and permitting processes for renewable energy projects.
5. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
6. Fluent in Spanish (native level) and English (advanced level).
7. Proficiency in project management software and tools MS Project, Primavera).
