About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Technical Developer with strong hands‐on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. This is a development-focused position requiring solid expertise in JavaScript within D365 CE, advanced customization of Customer Service Workspace (CSW), and experience with Channel Integration Framework (CIF). It is not a functional consulting role;
we are specifically looking for a technical profile comfortable writing and maintaining code in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain advanced JavaScript customisations in Dynamics 365 CE.

Work extensively with formContext, executionContext, and event handlers (OnLoad, OnChange, Ribbon commands).

Build and deploy Web Resources.

Customise and extend Customer Service Workspace (CSW).

Implement and configure Channel Integration Framework (CIF) integrations.

Integrate external systems via REST APIs.

Work with Microsoft APM SDK where required.

Ensure clean architecture, performance optimisation, and system stability.

Collaborate within Agile teams using Jira and CI/CD practices.

Mandatory Requirements

Strong hands‐on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

Proven experience developing JavaScript inside D365 CE.

Experience customising Customer Service Workspace (CSW).

Experience implementing Channel Integration Framework (CIF).

Ability to translate functional requirements into technical implementations.

English level B1+.

Nice to Have

Experience with TypeScript.

Experience integrating CTI / Softphone solutions.

Advanced D365 customisation experience.
