POur client, a fast-growing multinational startup operating in the technology sector is searching for a full-time Head of FPA reporting to the VP of Finance. The Head of FPA will be responsible globally for leading the FPA function, providing strategic financial insights, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting business decision-making, and ensuring robust financial planning and analysis across the organization. /ppThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and controlling, with deep experience in budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning, with the ability to drive change and partner with business leaders. /ppbr/ppKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: /ppYour main duties and responsibilities include: /pulliBuild, manage and supervise globally the FPA department (al jurisdictions). /liliDrive the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. /liliAnalysis of financial results, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs). /liliDeliver insightful financial analysis, business cases, and scenario modeling to support executive decisions. /liliLead the development and maintenance of financial models to support business planning. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business strategy. /liliParticipate in the ERP implementation strategy, aligning processes to optimize the accounting process automation. /liliEnsure the integrity of financial data and adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. /liliDefine and Implement BI tools for FPA, reporting, control and reporting purposes. /li /ulpbr/ppEDUCATION, SKILLS EXPERIENCE: /pulliBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field. /lili15 years of experience in FPA, Controlling, preferably in international and multi-entity environments, with at least 7 years in a leadership role. /liliExperience in multinational companies or matrix organizations. /liliStrong analytical and business partnering skills. /liliAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and BI tools. /liliExperience ERP implementations. /liliAbility to think strategically and contribute to the overall business direction while providing actionable financial insights. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English (C1 minimum) and Spanish. /li /ul
