Key Results/Accountabilities expected from the role
\n
According to strategic plan of the company, team up with Sales Director/country manager to enhance awareness for the MG brand in targeted markets
\n
Prepare the plan following standards in agreement with brand and sales and ensure the adherence to the approved plan
\n
Daily network management
\n
Guide and coordinate with distributors to ensure compliance with SME network plan
\n
Conduct extensive interviews with potential candidates to access their suitability for distributor
\n
Achieve new distributor recruitment targets
\n
Develop and implement a dealer sales and management training strategy as well as dealer business management solutions
\n
Experience & Educational background & Expertise
\n
Has a relevant network in Spanish market to distributor networks and sales partners
\n
Have a strong background in automotive products
\n
Being a sales-oriented person with understanding of multiple customer group perceptions
\n
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in dealer network development
\n
Strong negotiation and communication skill
\n
Skilled in using basic computer applications (MS Office)
\n
Proficient English on a business professional level and understand multiple languages and cultures
\n
Must be able to work independently: self-starter
\n
Strong focus on building fast - be creative with restricted budgets and high performance
\n
High level of flexibility in time, location and multiple solutions.

Travelling is about 50% of time
