We are looking for a IT Junior Project Manager to work with us within one of our clients. The role will be based in Madrid with a hybrid working model.. The initiative aims to replace legacy systems with integrated and scalable solutions, streamline end-to-end processes, standardize data management, and support future business growth and regulatory compliance.
The selected candidate will support programme execution and governance activities while collaborating with internationally distributed teams.
Responsibilities
Support programme planning and execution activities.
Track project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Manage reporting, escalations, and governance follow-up.
Assist with budget tracking and control activities.
Coordinate with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Help create structure, accountability, and operational transparency across the programme.
Requirements
~+2 years of experience in Project Management or coordination, with a focus on target delivery and creating structure, order, accountability, and control.
~ Strong proactive mindset required.
~ Application Skills required, MS 365 Office Tool s (Outlook/SharePoint/PowerPoint/Teams, etc.).
~ Familiar with: Azure DevOps, Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow for Portfolio Management.
~ Experience with and ability to work in an international environment with multiple time zones, cultures, and languages, so flexibility within the agreed working hours is a positive.
~ People management capabilities to create a cross-team collaborative environment towards a common objective.
~ Fluent level of English required.
~ Spanish knowledge as well will be an advantage
