Role Objective
brThe Service Technician Large Scale (living in South of Spain) is responsible for performing commissioning, maintenance, and repair of customer equipment. The role provides remote support to customers and service providers to resolve technical issues, establishes and maintains proper business relationships, and carries out necessary administrative duties.

brKey Responsibilities
brProvide remote support to customers and service providers via the service line and Online Service Center, with expert knowledge of SMA Large Scale products and services.
brCollaborate internally with service and sales colleagues to ensure smooth operation and support.
brPerform second-level on-site services for commissioning, maintenance, or repair of SMA Large Scale products.
brMaintain and control personal spare part stock, company car, and tools.
brDeliver training to customers on basic operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SMA Large Scale products.
brConduct second-level detailed error and event analysis, acting as a SMA Senior Expert.
brProperly escalate technical issues to RD when required.
brRequirements
brEducation Training
brDegree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or similar.
brKnowledge of Industrial Communications (Modbus, RS485, etc.).
brKnowledge of solar technology and electrical grid management.
brRelevant work experience in a similar role.
brProfessional Experience
brMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

brTeam player attitude, including when working remotely.
brMulti-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
brStrong follow-through, time management, and planning skills.
brProficiency with IT tools (Office, Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
