About HMI Organization
HMI is part of the Digital Factory organization, composed of 6 activities such as Eilwell, Motion Control, Automation Control, HMI, IIoT Solution Software, and Process control systems. We contribute to providing solutions and innovations for plant and machine in Industry Automation.
As a pioneer in HMI (human machine interface), our brand offers a wide range of product line-ups globally, including small-sized operation panels for equipment and machines, high-performance models with integrated PLC and gateway functions, and IPCs (industrial Personal Computers) capable of edge functions like data analysis. Job Brief
We are looking for an iPC Specialist & Business Developer, primarily to lead growth initiatives and collaborate closely with Countries, HMI Marketing, and ICO, especially for the iPC business.
Main Objective
Perform as an iPC specialist and Business Developer to build growth actions, work proactively with Countries and stakeholders to execute strategies for growth.
Role and Responsibilities
* Create technical documents and train countries on new and key offers, mainly iPC.
* Develop iPC promotional and technical assets (e.g., videos, applications, success stories, battle cards).
* Deliver iPC skill-up training to countries.
* Share success cases, applications, and best practices across countries to replicate success.
* Collaborate closely with European countries to support and set growth actions to achieve sales targets.
* Understand and support countries with their pain points, requirements, and difficulties.
Future scope may include expanding the role.
