Your mission will be to drive Genyum's growth in international markets, building and consolidating a strong network of distributors, agents, and key accounts that ensure the brand's presence and image on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
\n
- Identify, acquire, and manage distributors, agents, and key accounts in priority international markets.
- Negotiate distribution agreements: terms, pricing, and commercial conditions, ensuring profitability and strategic coherence.
- Develop and execute commercial plans by market, with a focus on sell-in and sell-through optimization.
- Represent Genyum at key account meetings and international trade fairs (Esxence, Beautyworld, TFWA, etc.).
Brand Activation & Implementation in Markets\n
- Ensure the correct implementation of the brand in assigned markets: VM, in-store storytelling, POS materials, and quality of the customer experience.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on the execution of launches, activations, and events in each market.
- Feed the marketing team with on-the-ground insights, partner needs, and local trends to inform the general activation strategy.
Analytics & Reporting\n
- Manage sales forecasts and commercial pipeline by market and account.
- Monitor P&L;, A&P; budget, and ROI of commercial actions in assigned markets.
Profile\n
- 4-7 years of experience in international sales, business development, or key account management in perfumery, beauty, or luxury.
- Proven track record of opening and managing international markets and distribution networks.
- Solid knowledge of trade marketing and brand activation at the point of sale.
- Hunter mindset, results orientation, and ability to manage the full sales cycle.
- Ability to build strong relationships with partners across different markets and cultures.
- Availability for regular international travel — client visits, trade fairs, and brand events worldwide.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; other European languages are a strong plus.
