Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Service Operations Data and Reporting Analyst to collaborate with a top 15 global pharmaceutical company.
Duties & Responsibilities
In the HPS Operational Analytics team, as a Service Operations Data and Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for operational data, reporting, and analysis supporting all operational topics related to the Human Pharma Services Organization.
Analysis Tasks:
* Collaborate with the Operational Analytics team within Service Operations to manage operational data and reporting for all Human Pharma Services Teams.
* Deeply understand operational processes and data, including financials, forecasting, service KPIs, and demand management; assist in process simplification and governance for invoicing.
* Coordinate with Service Owners to ensure operational processes support data needs for transparency and KPIs.
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to meet operational requirements.
* Assist ROPUs and Service Account Leads with forecasts and budget transparency.
Administrative Tasks:
* Support sourcing activities such as contract management, PO creation, cost management, and invoicing documentation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, IT, Finance, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in data and process management.
* Financial data expertise, including budgeting, invoicing, and budget tracking.
* Proficiency in SQL and Tableau (intermediate level).
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills across matrix and cross-functional teams.
* Sound judgment in assessing benefits and risks, with good decision-making skills.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
* Excellent collaboration, communication, and mediation skills.
* Results-oriented with good planning and organizational skills; strong observation, interviewing, and listening abilities.
