**In this position you will**:
- Collaborate in the definition and implementation of efficient processes, proper accounting methods, controls and policies and industry best practices
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve, automate and standardize processes
- Provide financial and business analysis often with ambiguous information
- Project Finance, budgeting and profitability
- Monitor cost center expenses vs forecast
- Build reports to transform financial data into business insights
- Establish controls to guarantee data accuracy
- Guide and mentor more junior team members
- Coordinate financial operations & treasury
- Control and follow up on posting processes of supplier invoices, taxes, payroll expenses and accruals.
- Annual Accounts preparation, control and filling with other official books.
- Tax review and fulfillment with tax advisor relationship
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Support in external audit processes
**Required Qualifications**:
- 5-6 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a big four or similar.
- Proven experience in accounting & tax.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Expert MS Office skills and ability to manipulate large data sets.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience in Financial Modeling, P&L; Management and analysis
- Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast paced environment
- Self-starter and pro active attitude
