Sales Manager
to lead and drive
Specialty Paper
sales across all of Europe. This is a unique opportunity to develop the European market, working independently and remotely. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the European market, excellent business development skills, and the ability to manage relationships with customers across multiple countries.Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting new customers and accounts in the paper and paperboard industry.Customer Relationships:
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.Sales Targets:
Achieve revenue and volume targets set by management.Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service, including timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as quality concerns, delivery delays, and other customer problems.Market Monitoring:
Monitor and report on market activity, competitor activity, customer trends, and industry developments.Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 5-10 years in sales management within the paper industry.Industry Knowledge:
Experience in selling specialty paper with a proven track record.Language Skills:
Fluency in English is mandatory.Education:
A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.Communication Skills:
