Could you be the full-time Test & Commissioning Engineer for Network and Telecommunications projects in Madrid we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering knowledge in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive teammates.
You will execute test activities in support of one or several projects of railway signalling systems as well as safety systems (CCTV, public address, passenger information,...) under your responsibility and according to the test procedure. On a daily basis, you will work closely with teams from across the company to contribute to the successful implementation of the project.
You’ll specifically take care of supporting one or several Projects on railway signalling systems, but also ensuring defects identification and correction (trouble shooting).
We’ll look to you for:
1. Prepare and execute testing activities in the field.
2. In the event of a non-conformity observed during the testing and/or commissioning phase, make a return experience (REX) towards the project, and ensure that all design related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test context
3. Ensure follow-up of detected issues and deliver the commissioning reports.
4. Check that the test tools are in perfect working order and calibrated.
5. Support V&V team and perform test in lab as per request

6. Degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience.
7. 3 - 5 years of experience in similar position.
8. Desirable Railway and signaling knowledge
9. English is a must.
10. Previous experience in Security Systems (CCTV, public address, passenger information)is an asset.
11. Previsous experience or knowledge of Networks (fixed and/or mobile)
12. Flexibility and mobility, available for short or long mission in different locations and countries
13. Available to work at night, during weekends and on public holidays
14. Rigorous & team player
15. Resilience, with an analytic way of thinking in order to solve complex system failures
16. Able to communicate in an open and clear manner with various stakeholders
17. Driving license
