Job Description
The Headmaster/Headmistress will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of staff, curriculum standards, teaching and learning, management, and efficiency. This includes:
- Motivating all members of the school community to achieve their full potential;
- E nsuring the academic, personal, social, emotional, and physical welfare of all students;
- Promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity among all members of the school community;
- Maintaining and enhancing the quality of education provided through effective planning and implementation;
Fostering strong relationships with parents and stakeholders to ensure open communication lines;
Ensuring that structures systems put in place support optimal performance across key areas (teaching, learning HR admin admissions marketing finance maintenance services) ;
Manage effectively so as not overwhelm people doing day-to-day job(s ). Ensure healthy work-life balance too ! )
