The role of the Retail Planning & Performance Senior Analyst is to support the Manager in delivering reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports.This candidate should be familiar with the Retail sales organization, initiatives, and data to report performance in a structured manner and develop analytical models to facilitate decision-making.To do so, the P&P Senior Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders (both within the P&P team and outside) to ensure effective delivery.Main Responsibilities
Act as a sparring partner for the Retail P&P Manager and Retail Senior Management.Establish and own accurate and robust reporting processes to track performance across different management levels.Lead specific projects or initiatives impacting the Retail sales teams, supporting or owning the full project lifecycle from conceptualization to implementation and tracking.Create compelling presentations to communicate progress, enhance discussions, and facilitate decision-making.Make recommendations in appropriate forums.Collaborate with regional Retail sales teams to analyze performance related to initiatives and develop action plans.Conduct detailed analyses involving large data sets and feedback from regional teams.Assist or develop analytical models to support strategic and tactical decisions related to Retail incentives, sizing, organization, etc.Establish trust and build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, developing a strong network across the business.Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to automate and ensure consistency in data related to initiatives.Key Interactions
