HUGO BOSS is currently looking for a Retail Operations Support (full-time) for the Operations department in Madrid, Spain.

* Your main goal will be supporting Retail Operations activities (Spain & Portugal) while being an integral part of an international team based in Western Hub EMEA.
* This position offers international exposure through involvement in Western Hub’s global projects.
* The position is permanent, based in Madrid, with immediate start.

What You Can Expect

Sales Support:

1. Serve as the main day-to-day contact point between stores and head office.
2. Identify issues or areas for improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions.
3. Maintain and update sales system information.
4. Support regular store orders to ensure efficient service (packaging, gift cards, stock supplies, etc.).
5. Create, modify, and validate access codes at the store software level.

Communication

6. Ensure the quality and consistency of communication between headquarters and stores (newsletters, sales guidelines, sales calendar, communication packages, etc.).
7. Coordinate weekly and monthly sales meetings between the retail team and other departments.
8. Manage relationships with suppliers and partners.

Processes & Projects

9. Review current business practices to ensure effective use of systems, standards, and processes aligned with business needs.
10. Implement new procedures and guidelines as required.
11. Create, supervise, and train retail teams on operational procedures and processes.
12. Implement and actively manage an omnichannel strategy in the market.
13. Follow up on various projects.
14. Act as the contact for selected pilot projects in the market, facilitating their implementation and team learning.
15. Coordinate meetings for store openings, closings, and renovations, ensuring smooth execution.
16. Organize and lead conferences, seminars, and team events.

Reports & Analytics

17. Monitor and analyze customer feedback.
18. Create and update reports to track KPIs and performance indicators.
19. Manage team budgets.
20. Support retail directors in Spain and Portugal with ad hoc requests (reports, analysis, presentations, organization of seminars, monitoring challenges results).
21. Track and calculate store team bonuses.

Your Profile

22. University degree or Bachelor's in marketing, communication, or related fields.
23. A Master’s degree related to the position is highly valued.
24. Previous experience in operations, retail, sales, or similar roles.
25. Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
26. Good understanding of business expectations.
27. Excellent written and oral communication skills; committed and proactive attitude.
28. Knowledge of the retail environment and systems.
29. Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level); knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
30. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
31. Enthusiastic, confident, motivated, proactive, and adaptable to new challenges.
32. Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively.
