Consulting, where you can develop your potential and make a difference within the company. ✍️ 3/4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles ~ Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development , including scripting ( JavaScript, GlideScript ), web technologies ( HTML or XML ) and ServiceNow APIs ~ Experience with ServiceNow modules : Hands-on experience with Citizen development on ServiceNow ~ Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets ~ Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices ~ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices ~ Ability to work within, and occasionally lead, a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality output in short timeframes ~ Knowledge of relational databases ~ Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident management, change management, etc.) ~ Ability to quickly understand new technologies through instruction and self-training ~ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluid level) ~ Support the end-to-end development within the Citizen scope of the WSD module on the ServiceNow platform Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform , focusing on the WSD module and related APIs Develop, maintain, and customize ServiceNow applications , including workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, improve processes, and provide technical support Analyze system performance issues , identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Conduct code reviews to ensure alignment with industry best practices and quality standards Implement security policies using ACLs (Access Control Lists), roles, and groups Document processes, configurations, and technical solutions Drive innovative mission solutions and digital transformation initiatives with internal stakeholders and customers Develop and enhance application prototypes and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) on the ServiceNow platform Stay up to date on ServiceNow product developments , complementary technologies, and external trends to identify new opportunities for the Now Platform
