Regulatory Dietary Project Manager
As the Regulatory Dietary Project Manager, you will lead the functional team and experts responsible for managing Dietary and Certification data and processes during integration projects for newly Givaudan‐acquired companies, ensuring that the proposed operating model is implemented across all newly acquired entities. You will also lead the program of improving the end‐to‐end Dietary / Certification internal processes across the Taste & Wellbeing division.
Location: the role can be based in Budapest (Hungary), Naarden (The Netherlands), or Sant Celoni (Spain).
You will report to the Head of Regulatory Excellence & Innovation, and work onsite with the possibility to work one day a week from home.
Your Main Responsibilities
Functional Review and Process Development & Implementation
Drive assessment of the Dietary and Certification requirements and identify gaps for the newly acquired companies.
Coordinate the Data Collection and Analysis.
Design, harmonize, and optimize processes to meet dietary and certification requirements plus review/update the roles and responsibilities (RACI).
Lead/facilitate workshops and meetings to address dietary needs and establish a path forward.
Ensure functional readiness (including acting as a liaison to Regulatory) for the SAP implementation kick‐off.
Verify that the proposed operating model is achievable for functions at the new Givaudan sites.
Take ownership of full stream scope & roadmap in alignment with functions and stakeholders.
Plan and adapt program methodologies to meet functional needs.
Project Management
Accountable for implementation of SAP for a specific stream or sub‐stream in the newly acquired company.
Apply a strong project management methodology for delivering the Dietary and Certifications data and process into SAP.
Serve as escalation point for issues as Dietary/Certification functional expert during the SAP implementation project.
Guide risk mitigation throughout the project.
Provide Progress reports to the Governance team.
Your Professional Profile
Academic Background
University Degree / Bachelor's Degree.
Professional Experience
5+ years of experience in Project Management.
2+ years of experience in Regulatory – Dietary/Certification principles.
Technical Skills
Fluent English. Knowledge of any additional foreign language preferred.
Ability to engage in detailed functional discussions within a multifunctional environment while presenting high‐level concepts to senior management.
System and data management understanding, especially SAP modules and/or related systems relevant to the function.
