About the Role
The Fabrication HSE Advisor provides day-to-day support to project and site teams, ensuring that all fabrication activities are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and established safety standards. This involves acting as a visible safety presence on-site, conducting inspections and tours, supporting risk assessments for high-risk activities, participating in meetings and toolbox talks, intervening where unsafe acts or conditions are identified.
This role requires strong field engagement skills for coaching safe behaviors among the workforce while working directly with supervision and management.
