AREA MANAGER CIS & ASIA

Your mission:
Reporting to the Head of B2C Partners, you will be responsible for driving Neuraxpharm’s sales and business development in the CIS (mainly Russia) and Asia regions. You will maximize current sales, identify new business opportunities, define optimal go-to-market models per country and negotiate commercial agreements with local partners to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
Your major accountabilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
1. Define and execute short- and long-term sales strategies for the assigned territories.
2. Identify, assess and capture new business opportunities with existing and new partners.
3. Select the best business model per market (distribution, license & supply, co-marketing, etc.).
2. Partner & Customer Management
4. Manage key partners through regular commercial visits and business reviews.
5. Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions, and resolve commercial or supply issues.
6. Monitor performance and ensure achievement of sales and budget targets.
3. Market Expansion
7. Analyze, negotiate, close and manage new commercial agreements.
8. Support the launch of new products in each territory.
4. Cross-functional Coordination
9. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, IP, R&D, Finance and Product portfolio
10. Ensure compliance with local regulatory and governmental requirements.
5. Financial & Performance Follow-up
11. Track sales performance and budget on a monthly basis.
12. Prepare forecasts, reports and mid-term plans.
We would like you to have
13. 5+ years of experience as a Business / Area Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, managing FDF businesses, negotiating and managing pharmaceutical Distribution agreements with commercial partners and Out-license agreements
14. Solid experience in international sales, distribution and partner management.
15. Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
16. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Chemistry, Engineering or similar (MBA or Business Master valued).
17. Fluent English and Spanish are required; Russian is a plus.
18. Willingness to travel up to 40%.
