Job Description: Customer Service

Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $800 - $1100 (Negotiable for highly experienced candidates)
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and sales skills. You will handle customer inquiries, provide product or service information, and identify sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally and promptly.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies.
* Resolve complaints, process returns/exchanges, and ensure customer satisfaction.
1. Sales Support:
* Identify sales opportunities through customer interactions.
* Cross-sell and upsell products/services based on customer needs.
* Achieve sales goals and KPIs.
2. Product Knowledge:
* Maintain understanding of company products and services.
* Stay updated on new launches and promotions.
3. Order Processing:
* Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
* Follow up on pending transactions.
4. Collaboration:
* Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
* Provide feedback to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer service or sales roles.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to empathize and deliver excellent service.
* Sales-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in CRM and office tools.
* Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
* Experience in remote customer service or sales.
* English level C1-C2.
