Collaborate on the research project “24I072 SUPPORT4RESILIENCE - STRENGTHENING RESILIENCE AND MENTAL WELLBEING THROUGH THE SUPPORT4RESILIENCE TOOLBOX FOR LEADERS IN ELDERLY CARE”, under the direction and supervision of Juana María Delgado Saborit of the Pre-departmental Unit of Medicine as responsible for the contracting.
He will perform the functions typical of junior research staff in group A1.
Specific
- Review of relevant literature on individual and organizational resilience in the care of elderly populations.
- Selection of validated questionnaires and ad hoc design for collecting quantitative variables
- Collection of quantitative data through questionnaires
- Analysis of quantitative data and evaluation of the results of the intervention.
- Interaction with the different agents participating in the project: organizations and companies in charge of the dependent persons sector, organizations with socio-health competencies.
- Recruitment of participants: coordinating manager staff and healthcare staff from elderly care homes and informal caregivers.
- Management of the initial and follow-up visit schedule.
- Collaboration in the design of a tool (S4R Toolbox) to improve resilience in coordinating manager staff and healthcare staff of elderly care homes and informal caregivers.
- Implementation of the S4R Toolbox as an intervention in elderly care homes through workshops and personalized follow-up.
- Participation in work meetings and in any other activity or event organized for the operation of the project.
- Drafting and reviewing progress and final project reports, as well as reports on the validity of the application of the S4R tool to promote individual and organizational resilience of workers in the elderly care sector.
- Writing scientific articles and presenting the results at congresses and conferences, preferably focused on improving individual and organizational resilience in the care of elderly populations.

Skills/Qualifications
Hold one of the following official university doctoral degrees:
- PhD in Biomedical Sciences.
- PhD in Health Sciences.
- PhD in Psychology.
Specific Requirements
- Previous experience in coordinating and participating in epidemiological studies.
- Experience in organizing participant recruitment and managing follow-up visits for participants in longitudinal studies.
- Experience in collecting quantitative data using validated or ad hoc designed questionnaires.
- Experience in the implementation and evaluation of educational interventions.
- Experience in database management and statistical analysis.
- Experience in disseminating and publishing scientific results.
- Master's degree in the field of Epidemiology, Public Health, Biomedicine, Health Sciences or equivalent.
- Driving license and availability to travel to the senior care centers participating in the study.
- Knowledge of Spanish, Valencian and English.
