We are seeking a highly motivated Sustainability Data Analyst to join our Sustainability team. This role supports the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sustainability data. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, provide actionable insights, and enable informed decision-making to drive progress toward sustainability goals.
Responsibilities
* Collect, validate, and manage ESG and sustainability-related data from internal systems, business units, and external partners.
* Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track sustainability performance (e.G., carbon emissions, water usage, waste, energy efficiency).
* Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support sustainability reporting, regulatory compliance, and voluntary disclosures (e.G., ESRS, SASB, TCFD, CSRD).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, HR) to ensure timely and accurate reporting of sustainability metrics.
* Support the preparation of annual sustainability reports, stakeholder presentations, and internal communications.
* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in ESG performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with international sustainability standards, frameworks, and best practices.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of sustainability KPIs and performance monitoring tools.
Qualifications Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility.
Technical Skills
* Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar).
* Experience with data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
* Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and sustainability frameworks (GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD, CSRD).
