We are on the lookout for an Iberia Senior Project Manager. You will play a pivotal role in streamlining and optimizing service delivery across multiple European countries. This position is essential to ensuring operational excellence, supporting strategic decision making, and enhancing the client experience within our IT outsourcing business. Your expertise in business analysis, finance, and recruitment will directly contribute to the company’s growth and competitive advantage in the Portuguese and Spanish market.
Detailed responsibilities
* Lead operational management and process improvement initiatives within IT outsourcing projects across Spain and Portugal.
* Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
* Collaborate with finance teams to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics relevant to the outsourcing business.
* Support recruitment processes by partnering with talent acquisition teams, understanding workforce needs, and ensuring timely onboarding of talent.
* Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and present insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
* Develop and implement solutions to complex business challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending best practices.
* Act as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams and external partners in the region.
* Manage and oversee Purchase Order (PO) processes for Spain and Portugal, ensuring accuracy, timely creation, tracking, and closure in line with internal controls and client requirements.
* Act as liaison between operations, finance, procurement, and external vendors to resolve PO-related issues and ensure smooth financial workflows.
* Coordinate and support the management of public grants and subsidies in Spain (e.G. operational or innovation-related), including tracking expenditures, ensuring compliance, and supporting required reporting.
* Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure grant-related activities comply with local regulations, funding conditions, and audit requirements.
Skill requirements
* Minimum 6-7 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, finance, and operations, preferably within IT outsourcing or technology services.
* Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost analysis.
* Proven knowledge of recruitment processes and workforce planning in a multinational environment.
* Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Solution-oriented mindset with a track record of driving process improvements.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Office Suite.
* English and Spanish mandatory.
