Assistant Auditor – Zurich Insurance
Zurich Insurance is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Auditor to support audit engagements across Spanish entities. You will work closely with audit teams across the region in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
* Participate in all stages of the audit process from planning to reporting.
* Support the audit plan by completing assigned audit work of exceptional quality, on time and with impact.
* Gain insights into key risks and processes in the insurance and financial sectors, building constructive relationships with stakeholders during audits.
* Apply new technologies including Data Analytics, IT fundamentals, and GenAI to deliver smarter audit outcomes.
* Collaborate globally with colleagues across different countries in a supportive environment.
* Continuously develop technical and interpersonal skills with a growth mindset.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience (including internships), preferably in insurance or financial services.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a sense of responsibility and commitment.
* Basic knowledge of audit methodology, internal controls, and preferably the insurance sector.
* Interest in learning Data Analytics, IT, and GenAI.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
* Proactive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to grow, with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently deliver on time.
